Welcome to my Homepage presents Sidney Cherie Hilley, a self-titled project by Sidney Cherie Hilley.
This project was completed when Welcome to my Homepage was formerly known as ‘’’Welcome to my Guest Room’’’.
Project Description
Sidney Cherie Hilley creates, collects, and reflects on feminine internal dialog within in the claustrophobically infinite space of the web. In the Guest Room you’ll find portals to mesmerizingly obsessive arrays of performers preparing, consuming, and destroying vibrantly colorful arrangements of summertime fruit and other snacks.
Artist Bio
Hilley is a poet and artist-- working in video, photographyc, fiber and performance. She released her self-published poetry zines, Blur and Ripe in 2015. She is the founder of the former poetry-art collective and reading series, Nip Nip in her hometown of Cincinnati, OH. Her work concentrates on female inner dialogue and how overactive imagination manifest within a woman's mind and body. Most recent publications include Portable Boog Reader NYC nad Leftovers Magazine. She loves fruit and does and impressive shimmy/shoulder bounce.
