Welcome to my Homepage presents i went to college & all i got was an art degree by Alex Guillen.
Project Description
She has recently made the dreaded post-grad move back home to save money & documents her current living situation in her IRL homepage i went to college & all i got was an art degree. Returning to her hometown with no bedroom in a house of 8 people, Guillen maps out her scattered belongings alongside humorous anecdotes as a way of coping with a drastic lifestyle change for a young 20-something.
Artist Bio
Guillen is a Texas artist and illustrator. She loves making art about girlhood and the uncomfortable stages between adolescence and adulthood, as well as transforming mundane objects and universal situations into something more enjoyable and visually charming.
