Home Economics will host its inaugural workshop at MoHA's First Saturday event on April 4th! Drop by to make your very own finger puppet friend. Supplies will be provided and workshop participation is free.
Home Economics is a new skill-share project that will host affordable/donation-based workshops that cover a variety of useful topics (e.g. model making, patching up your jeans, rewiring a lamp, quilting). Those who are interested in presenting a skill will get help organizing, promoting and instructing a workshop.
The goal is to evolve this project into a community-ran collective where we bring enrichment to each other by adding more tools to our belts. You don't need to be an expert to present a skill, as long as it's something you know more about than the average person.
