"Oh my God, it’s back again
(Powerpointers), everybody sing
Gonna bring the flavor, show you how
Got a question for you, better answer now, yeah

  1. Am I original?
  2. Am I the only one?
  3. Am I sexual?
  4. Am I everything you need?"

-Backstreet Boys

On Wednesday, October 8th The Museum of Human Achievement will present its 4th festival of powerpoint lectures and/or performances. Each 5 minute presentation will, in some way, address the Backstreet Boys’ 4 essential questions listed above. Quit playing games (with my heart) and pull up a lawn chair so we can all laugh, love, learn together. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.

Talks:

  • Eriane Austria, "Hello Kitty: A Proposal for MTG Universes Beyond"
  • Elizabeth McQueen, "Breath of the Wild is the Only Video game I'll ever need"
  • Jesse Cline, "Free Willy. We Are All Willy."
  • Lini Pulcini, "St. Hildegard Von Bingen - 12th Century's Finest Baddie"
  • Renee Lai, "Doggie Toe Beans"
  • Sam Perin, "Painting like a physicist?"
  • Laura Canas and Tomas Díaz, "Perros calientes, salchipapa y comida callejera de Colombia"
  • Itai Almor and Mia, "Zingo’s Beastly Bazonka"
  • Aira Juliet, "He can heal you: a (gay) case for Gordon Ramsay"
  • Andie Flores, "The Mask is Latino (and so is every cartoon chihuahua)"
