CATS+

The Collaborative Art + Technology Situation (CATS+) is a program for artists interested in expanding their work in digital and new media. The CATS+ Residency Program is a paid opportunity that brings cohorts of artists and tech wizards together to learn and collaborate on new work. CATS+ promotes troubleshooting, curiosity, and critical thinking around emerging and ubiquitous technologies. We host artist-led workshops, gatherings, mentorships, public showcases, a media art studio, an online wiki to remove the mystery from tech by foregrounding human connection, process, and experimentation.

Fellowship

MoHA's Fellowship program is a paid professional development opportunity for students to gain work experience in their expressed interest in the categories: grant writing, event production, arts administration, or digital arts at a non-profit arts organization.

Fiscal Sponsorship

The Museum of Human Achievement acts as Fiscal Sponsor for many artists and informal organizations to apply for and manage grant funding as well as donations. Fiscal sponsorship is a legal structure and tax mechanism to umbrella individuals and informal groups, events, or programs under the non-profit status of a 501c3 organization. This can help with eligibility for certain grants as well as reduce tax liability when receiving grant funds.

Studio Space

MoHA provides radically affordable studio and office space for artists and organizers to create, gather, and share their work.
