Program Purpose
MoHA's Fellowship program is a paid professional development opportunity for students to gain work experience in their expressed interest in the categories: grant writing, event production, arts administration, or digital arts at a non-profit arts organization.
Fellows will be exposed to diverse artists and community organizers, thereby also raising the visibility of programming and work created by residents among the student population.
Students that have graduated from this program have gone on to write successful individual grant applications independent of the organization as well as establish careers in the non-profit and creative industry. Students who have decided to stay in academia have gone on to masters programs and fellowships at Harvard, MIT, Carnegie Mellon and SMU.
