Using techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, participants will train options for exerting control over someone who is between their legs in a judgement-free environment. Practice with your peers and learn how to manage distance, time, and balance during a combative encounter with the goal of reducing injury and escaping.
