La Gotte Qui Remonte 2014

From MoHA Wiki

La Goutte Qui Remonte is a collective show of puppets and performance. La Goutte focuses on non-traditional non-human forms and interactions. Performers from all over Austin and New Orleans create strange scenes and animate objects large and small. The pieces will be a mix of performance and installation. This night of puppetry features two showings, one at 5pm and one at 8pm, as well as a dance party post 8pm show. Hosted by the incomparable Attic Ted. Featuring Pandora Mudlark of New Orleans presenting the original piece "The City That Care Forget". Zardoz presents "mouth baby", synthesizer sound scape paired with op-art puppets in a story of birth, death and bull fighting. Ratski is a tale of childhood rat trauma. Diamond Danger & Co depicts a psychedelic experience through giant head puppets. Jeanne Stern presents her charming video puppets. Julianna Furioso and Grace O'Brian invite you to the interactive piece "What, Chair?". Along with the projections and shadow puppetry of Grace O'Brian, Jack Haggarty, Micheal Hart and Lauren Kolchavi.
