Hello Lovers are a strange fruit; comprised of and informed by musicians from different backgrounds and lineages. From prestigious conservatories to ad hoc improvisation pot lucks, avant garde and experimental studies to negro spiritual workshops, through noise abandons and punk ethics. Hello lovers are celebrating the release of their third studio recording "glorified". This performance will include the full chamber orchestra in a performance of the entire new record.
Boone has gained a reputation for gentle yet confidently spontaneous performances that evoke the vulnerability of Daniel Johnston and the insight of Leonard Cohen within a single verse. Come laugh, coo, sing along, and curl up with one of Austin music’s most endearing treasures as he celebrates his latest release with an expanded band of freak-folk musicians. “Boone’s Best” will be available as four limited-run cassettes with unique design and tracklisting via Accrue Cassettes.
