This Event Inquiry form is for any individuals, groups, or organizations that wish to submit a proposal to host an event at The Museum of Human Achievement.
An event proposal is a written pitch that focuses on a speculative event submitted via a form that outlines the basic details of an organizer's proposed event such as date, time, participants, budget, and production needs.
Upon submitting this form, the Events Staff at the Museum will review your proposal at their weekly meeting and communicate via email to the individual who filled out the form. This communication will include whether or not we can accommodate the proposal as well as any follow up questions we may have. Read more about MoHA's Event Space here.
