Joshua Keeney (Non-Binary, they/them) is a visual artist working in computer graphics. Based in Washington State, his work focuses on themes of identity and references to popular culture and media. The focal of Joshua’s work is his digital avatar, Neptune. Through Neptune, Joshua creates CG visuals inspired by the pioneering artists who have come before him and creates works of love celebrating identity.
Joshua is a merit winner in YoungArt's Visual Arts discipline for 2018. His artwork has been shown at a variety of locations such as the Tate Modern museum in London and Art Basel in Miami. Joshua has also interned with 3D for Designers and has worked for clients such as Electric Objects and VHS cleaner brand Double Scorpio. As an Official Lens Creator with Snapchat he has also worked with Republic Records artists Nicki Minaj and Post Malone.
