1Password
All passwords will be stored in 1password which is an app or browser extension that all you will need to download. If you’re just getting setup with a MoHA email account you should have an invite to join a 1password vault from Zac in your email. Please email Zac to confirm once you have clicked the link in the email.
Airtable
Airtable is cool! On the surface it is a spreadsheet platform but underneath its a database system.

Hiring Package
Your hiring package will include the following
- A hiring offer letter
- A employee agreement to review and sign
- PTO policy
- MoHA Code of Conduct
- COVID Guidelines
Please review all these documents and let Zac know if you have any questions! Once the documents are reviewed you will sign them via hellosign
Quickbooks Onboarding and Timetracking
After signing the hiring package, you’ll receive an email from Intuit or Quickbooks requesting your personal details and direct deposit info. Please let Zac know if you haven’t received this yet.
Tsheets / Quickbooks Time (hourly)
For tracking hours we use Quickbooks Time. Once you finish filling out the Quickbooks info, email Zac and he’ll send an invite to join.
Payday will be run the following Friday after each pay period ending every two weeks for hourly staff and contractors for the prior pay period. Direct deposit may take 2-3 business days to arrive.
