Warm glowing clouds hover in place, producing thunderbolts sensitive to sound. Anything from gentle conversation to chainsaw orchestras will ignite the space with loving, breathing lightning. Hephaestus will be working overtime.

Altar II: H Thunderbolt is a performance inside a sonically interactive light sculpture by Cole Bee Wilson based on the life and times of the ancient Carthaginian General Hannibal Barca and his role in the second Punic War.

The ensemble features the talents of : Cody Wilson (Corduroi), Walter Long (Sip Sip, White Stag), Bradford Kinney (Ouiness), Jenni Wieland (Minor Mishap Marching Band)

Saturday June 7th - 4pm, 7pm and 9pm
Sunday June 8th - 4pm and 7pm
at The Museum of Human Achievement
$10 advance / $12 door
Seating will be limited to 20 per show
Purchasing advance tickets is strongly recommended

Altar is an ongoing series pairing a visual/installation artist and a performance based artist for a large-scale immersive environment based experience.
