Austin based synth band S U R V I V E play their first local show to support their recent debut Lp. This instrumental group has been playing their own brand of Kraut/Italo inspired, analog electronic music for about three years, and they now have a full length to show for it. Their music is reminiscent of classic synth groups like [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otXPz2Z1RAM&feature=related Yellow Magic Orchestra ] and  [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjoplhrjWO4 Space Art ] , while maintaining a modern sound. It is both dance and soundtrack music.
