Smiros’ work explores intersubjectivity and interpersonal relationships in technophilic societies through storytelling. Smiros has shown work nationally in New York, Boston, and Portland, OR, and internationally in Mexico, Italy, Cyprus and South Korea. Her project AM/Projected Relation has been exhibited at the Museum of Human Achievement in Austin, TX, and as part of the [ANTI]MATERIA embassy: Empty Vessels || Vulnerable Bodies in The Wrong Biennale 2017, Governors Island Art Fair 2018 and Hartnett Gallery at the University of Rochester.
