This page serves as an onboarding guide for contractors at MoHA. We ask that you review and complete the Contractor Package and review the additional policies below. Please let us know if you have any questions.

===Contractor Package===
Your contractor package will include the following:
*A [[Contractor Agreement]] to review and sign through a Hello Sign email, which includes:
**The general info found on the [[Contractor Agreement]] page.
**Exhibit A: Roles Description, which has your job description, scope of work or offer letter.
**Exhibit B: Code of Conduct, which describes MoHA's [[Code of Conduct]].
**Exhibit C: Conflict Resolution, which describes MoHA's [[Conflict Resolution]] Policy.
*W9 and Bank info link to fill out and complete so that we can pay you.
