The Nexus Grant, a grant given by the city that offers $5,000 "for new and emerging local small organizations, individual artists, and small arts businesses to produce creative public projects" is open or applications.
MoHA will be running 3 workshops give you application support and we think you should come and apply
The money can be used for administrative costs, equipment and space rentals, marketing, and other eligible expenditures. Here is the full program description
Grant applications are intimidating and can be a challenge, you should apply this money is absolutely for you, and we’re here to help you apply for it!
These hangouts are free and we’re going to break up the application into parts and have people around to help. You can come to one or all of them. All are welcome, however we are specifically interested in helping individuals, small organizations, informal collectives and those have historically lacked access to institutional resources.
The schedule is as follows:

- Sat - 5/11 - 10am- 1pm
