An Aquarium Show
Both the artist and the aquarium enthusiast construct worlds separate from but still contained within our own. Such spaces operate under a unique set of rules and understandings, but are accessible merely by peering through- or tapping- a thin sheet of glass. Reconsider the act of viewing (and perhaps the vivarium environments that we create for ourselves) with multidisciplinary re-imaginings of this aquatic hobby. Ten artists across disparate mediums were provided with tanks to alter, build onto, interpret, or to simply fill. Any fish participants have their safety guaranteed.
